The location and restaurants around it
One of the bed had stains in the sheets. I spoke to the hotel attendant at night who said they would come change the sheets. They didn't until the next day when I asked again. Also, the hotel itself has outdated carpet in the rooms and hallways need to be repainted.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was nice, accommodating, and willing to fix any issues we had.
It was dated. The door to my room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. A lot of the paint on the walls was scratched. The continental breakfast was supposed to begin at 7:00am. We arrived at 7:30am and it still wasn’t set up yet.
