The rooms were very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It would’ve been helpful to have an elevator.
We are in our 70s and 80s and would have really appreciated an elevator to our second floor room.

It’s pretty, the landscaping, fountain and coy pond are nice.
I did not like how horrible the parking situation was, having to walk so far with a bunch of luggage after an exhausting travel day is definitely not ideal. The place kind of seems like an apartment complex that just so happened to be turned into a hotel, the setup is odd. The bathroom was small and dirty, very difficult to use the shower, and the lighting in the room was very cold jail lighting. Kind of depressing

Definitely an old property. I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel.
The room smelt like urine. I couldn’t figure out if it was coming from somewhere in the room or if it was coming from the air conditioning unit. The window screen had a tear in it. The bed had an unusual (maybe human excitement) white stain on the box spring cover…
