The room was nice & comfy
Breakfast area was a disaster. Definitely wasnt due to use over the hours of operation. The area was the exact same way the next day. Not too mention, Staff sat around on their phone & never cleaned or filled anything.

Check in is always so smooth!!!! At other hotels I’m standing around waiting for desk clerk to show up and find my reservation. Here they are ready to go! It’s true, As soon as I walk in they recognize me, locate my reservation, and get me in my room quick. With me coming in late from working all day and having to get up early to return to work, this is top notch service to me! In the afternoons and evenings the staff are always in the office and ready to help with ANY accommodation. I will be coming back

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive.
I reserved a non-smoking room, but was put in smoking. Also, there was a coffee machine, but no cups. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and breakfast was paltry.
