The bed was super comfy, especially the pillows. The staff was friendly.
I was there for 4 nights. On the2rd night we were given a notice that the water would be off from 8 am until the afternoon. No big deal since I was gone most of that time and I could adjust to take a shower before 8 am. However, on my last night apparently the hot water was not working. I did not receive notice of that until around 2:20 in the morning because the notices were apparently delivered very late. This was frustrating because at that point I am not going to change rooms to a new hotel location.

The property was in a great location to shops, restaurants and the Oswego River. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The price for my 3 night stay was very reasonable. The room had great views of the river and was spacious. The included breakfast was good with many options.
The shower head was very low. It was at about chin height for me at 6’. The room could have been a little more updated and more care taken in vacuuming the floor.
