The front staff was very nice and helpful when I had to call and hope they had power. She even recommended other places for me to check before making booking here and making the hour and a half drive from Panama City Beach. The location was very nice and felt secluded, it was surrounded by trees and even had a balcony. It was a short drive down to the shops/food area and Beach access area. The rooms had plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. Only downside is the bathroom needs more lighting. The pool was great as well. We would definitely stay here again
The breakfast could have been a little better as the fried eggs and biscuits were a little too hard fried.

We were first given room 314 the room had no hot water, the room smelled and the room was not clean. We were then sent to room 110 and was told there’s more hot water on the first floor room still was not clean the bathroom was dirty. Take a look behind the bathroom door and the trim around the door. It only takes a minute to wipe it down. Again the room did not smell clean. We did have to use the pullout couch and under the mattress was filthy. We’ve stayed there many times over the years and we will never stay there again. Breakfast was a total joke.
