One baggage cart needs repair

Close to my home which is great in case of emergencies. The facilities are clean and most of the staff is courteous and kind.

The last time I reserved a room, when I checked in there was an issue. I had already checked in online and been charged that way so he was just putting a temporary deposit as usual. Although there was plenty of money in my account, it was denied due to insufficient funds. To his credit he still let me check in and go to the room. I called my bank and asked how much was attempted to be charged. It was almost $300 so my bank thankfully rejected it. I told him and he said it was a computer issue and still allowed me to stay since I’ve been there many times with no issues. But it could’ve been a big problem if my bank let that go through. Maybe more training is necessary because I know he’s relatively new over the last few months.

Mo, the young fellow at the desk was great. He is pleasant, engaging & genuinely funny. I asked for the quietest room and he looked in the computer and put some thought into the room assignment - it was quiet as a vault, perfect. He also recommended a walking distance restaurant and suggested what to order, I followed his advice and had a great meal. The room was very clean and breakfast was basic but fine.

No problems at all.

The shower did not work and the property refused to give any kind of reduction in price.
