We really like staying in Georgetown, and the Graham location is excellent. Easy walks to everything in Georgetown and down Pennsylvania Avenue towards Foggy Bottom and the Mall. It also has a great rooftop bar, although it was closed for a private event one of our two nights at the hotel. Staff at the hotel was extremely good; being a smaller hotel it felt like they knew you after a day. Suite was large and comfortable.
There is construction right next to the hotel, and very loud work began before 7:00AM one of our two mornings at the hotel. It is a smallish hotel, so it doesn’t have the full range of amenities (like breakfast) that you might want. It was fine for us.

The location was AMAZING! Perfect for Georgetown shopping, food, sightseeing, we loved it! Also, the hotel smells amazing and the staff were super accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.
They have AC units from 1900’s that do not allow for the room to get cool enough so if you’re a stickler on room temp, fair warning. Also, they did not communicate that the valet was NOT complimentary and then charged us a surprise $240 charge upon check out when we had a chance at far less expensive parking, so that wasn’t ideal. Still working through trying to get those charges off.
