The Hotel Zamora

We loved everything about Hotel Zamora and we will definitely be back. The room and beds were very comfortable The entire facility was very clean. The food was great. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff was great. We met Sim at the front desk and there was another lady who was there later at night who was very helpful, wish I could remember her name but she was also amazing. The staff in the restaurant was very nice. Gideon took us to and from the beach, he was phenomenal. The beach ride is just a short 2 minutes away from the hotel. The Asian guy in Valet assisted us on our first night, he was very kind and helpful. Wish I could remember everyone's names but altogether it was an amazing experience!

I don't have any complaints. Every single thing while staying at Hotel Zamora was excellent 10/10!

The hotel has free kayaks

It was my 2nd stay. No one told me that there was no longer access to walk across the street to the beach until I checked in, which meant if you want to go watch the sunset...you have to take a taxi or pay for parking and drive. the hotel shuttle ended at 6 pm

Everything, staff were brilliant, food awesome and lovely spacious room. They even provided a free ride and back to the beach

I like the room size and there is a restaurant that is easy to access.

The room wasn’t ready or cleaned by 4:00pm. The staff seemed untrained They were not willing to book a reservation I wanted for next year.
