Most of the staff was great, the valet parking was also nice.

when we asked about the stairs, the front desk told us that there were no stairs and we would just have to use the elevator. My wife asked what would we do in an emergency and the staff told her im not real sure. We were able to find the stairs once we were already on our floor, but from the lobby, there are no signs showing where the stairs are. Also our room on the 2nd floor was extremely noisy, you could hear everything from the street and hallways all night. They had a white noise machine im assuming to drown out the exterior, but it had no volume and was extremely to loud.

The property is in a very rough area. The only parking is valet parking which is $60 a night with $13 tax. The first thing we saw as we waited for our car to be parked was the drug dealers loading up there backpack from a black suv we counted 14 guys. Then the suv left and the 14 guy talked in a group. Then left in quickly spreading out and leaving the area. Then there is the homeless camping out all over the street at night. The street smells like urine. Glass is all in the street from people getting their cars broken into in the day as there is no parking at night on the street. Very unsafe hotel and the deal on the rooms don’t make up for the count of parking.
