Close to USF campus
Only one elevator is working and it’s really slow. Last time we stayed here was last August 2025 and it was the same way. Poor water pressure in bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get a plunger.

The facilities were modern, safe, clean and well located if you need to be around USF. Breakfast weas average but of a decent quality and availability. Staff was nice and helpful.
Nothing, I gave the Hotel 5 star service and facilities.

Proximity to theme park and other attractions
The elevator kept getting stuck and stopped working at times. Stayed on 6th floor

The staff is amazing, everyone was so nice and welcoming!!!
My room was not clean, there was bits of dog food on the floor and A LOT of dog hair everywhere. There was dog hair all over the bed, it was disgusting.
