Two pools, beautiful view, direct beach access, free parking, clean, staff is wonderful

It’s a timeshare property so there’s a lot of rules, some of which are completely arbitrary, but most of which are a minor inconvenience at most

We just tried to book for 2027, same time next year and it is now $500 more for the same week, next year. Forget it. Yal just lost us as an annual client. We booked elsewhere. What a shame.

The annual weekly price is climbing, and not by a hundred. Other than price, everything was fine.

Clean, quiet, good local

Room amenities. Fridge. Stove. Coffee pot. Ease of check-in.

Check in had a person trying to sign us up for a timeshare breakfast. Got put in Phase I. Very disappointed. I requested balcony with beachfront. Super tiny balcony barely big enough for 1 person. It wasn't beach or ocean front. It was off of the beach so no sunrise from our room which was the entire point of our visit. I sent an email requesting that through Booking.com to the resort. Black mold around faucet in bathroom. Terrible patch job on hole by main light switch. Flooring was patchwork with gaps. Room overall wasn't acceptablly cleaned. One elevator was broken as well It was a treat for my mom and sister from PA. I was embarrassed as I live here but wanted a special weekend for them AT the beach..
