Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. Rooms were simple and small but very clean and comfortable. Small parking lot but always able to get a spot. Right according the street from a great coffee shop and doughnut shop.
Bathroom sink cabinet was very water damaged. Room kind of smelled.

Close to where I needed to be
The hot water in the shower never got warm . Ran it for 5 minutes still no hot water

location is convenient to shelter island marinas.
The cleaning chemicals used are offensively strong. My clothes in my suitcase even took on the scent of the hotel room. Had to wash everything I had re-wash all my clean clothes after staying here just to get rid of the smell.

It was a great location with a decent-sized room. It ended up being more basic than expected, but the bathroom was huge. I would stay again if looking for budget room option.
I was expecting more character in the rooms. Parking was a bit challenging and made me not go out at night to get food. I was able to get food across the street tho.
