Smoking available
Holes in the bedding, insects left behind in the fridge, microwave dirty, toilets often get clogged and the ceiling leaks but of allll those less than pleasant experiences the most horrific problem was not having hot water, warm at best cut on to the max!!

Good customer service. Easy quick check-in.Room had a clean refrigerator and microwave.
Furniture was very old (90s??) and in poor condition. The tub was slippery and was an accident waiting to happen. Wall lights were too bright and harsh.
