The location is great, right by Custer state park, crazy horse and the town of Custer is quaint.
There are two things that would probably would prevent me from renting El Dorado again, first…it was advertised as 2 full baths, but the the shower in the basement did not work and looked like it hasn’t worked for a while. This was a main reason I rented because 2 showers. The upstairs bathroom is outdated and very small. Wish they would have said something at time of reservation. Second issue was the owners are very much in your face kind of people. They know every movement you make, and just a little to much hands on for me, I just want to have a peaceful vacation. I found them lurking in the dark while we were celebrating our end of vacation meal the night before we left, invited them in, and things got very heated. God forbid we had invited a couple over for dinner. Other then those two things our trip to the black hills was beyond our expectations!

Great location. The beds were comfortable. Big backyard. Quiet.
House needed a good cleaning. Basement had a musty smell due to too much moisture.
