Location is great. The rooms have been updated. The restaurant/bar is decent and convenient or you can easily walk to bars/restaurants. Ample parking.
It is very dated. Like stepping back into a mid range hotel in its 1985 glory. The pool area is inexplicably carpeted and for some odd reason 1/2 the space was being used for a business conference while kids played and splashed a few feet away.

Room was very comfortable and spotless. Location could not be better.
We weren't informed about breakfast so we missed it. When we checked in at 4:00 pm our room wasn't ready. We were told we would receive a phone call when the room was ready but we didn't get a call. We walked back at 5:30 and were able to get our room.

There was no breakfast that I was aware of.
Nothing in particular. Average hotel.
