This is a lovely boutique hotel that has a homey feel. Very clean, comfortable with in-room amenities and nice community spaces. There are no staff available after 6pm, or before 10am.

Tried to buy a bottle of wine from the lobby at 5:30pm, but no staff were present despite posted hours until 6pm. There are posted prices for various items, similar to mini-bar options in larger hotels. I texted for guidance, got no response, and—based on past stays—took a bottle and offered to have my card charged. At 5am, I received a text to return at 10am to provide payment, but we were leaving earlier. I offered to share my card over the phone, but communication became tense, with a staff member implying I had "taken the wine without paying" and that this wasn't a "supermarket". He was abrupt and rude on the phone, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. He refused to take payment over the phone before 10am. To resolve it, I texted my card details before business hours. I was then charged $55 for a bottle priced at $27 (retail ~$12–$18), and had to follow up again to correct the overcharge—met with more rudeness. A frustrating end to an otherwise great stay and trip.
