The facility is clean and cozy. Lots of amenities. A great place to relax on a nice street. Walking distance to Main St. was an added bonus. Ended up staying an additional week.
Nothing. The place is excellent.

Cali Cochitta was such a gem! I'm so glad I found this place. Everywhere I go I look for a quaint little place walking distance to downtown and this place was perfect. It was warm and cozy (I visited in Dec). Hot tub was clean and easy to access. The kitchenette had everything I needed (does not have a stove, but does have a microwave, coffee maker and fridge), and the place was clean a quiet. It's a little cottage that shares a common yard with a few other small houses, which would have been fun in fall or spring to meet new people, but was quiet in the off-season (which suited me just fine). I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Moab!
Nothing negative to say!

The location was fantastic; close to town and the parks. We appreciates having parking on site and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The bikes and hot tub on site were also great.
The place seemed a little rundown and not clean. There was dust in many places, a tree branch was growing through a window, there were gnats in the bathroom and ant traps all over the unit. I also contacted the owner 3x, asking for a later checkout with no response to the request.
