Convenient location, clean, friendly staff

Door was loud. Pillows got flat

The views were spectacular and all the staff from the front desk, waiter/waitresses, manager, and maids were accommodating, helpful, and patient! There were 10 of us staying here for a family gathering and breakfast orders were challenging when partners were at different tables. Our waiter was wonderfully patient and friendly. We left a piece of luggage and had to come back for it 2 hrs after we checked out. The front desk person tried to call us, but we don't often answer if we don't recognize the number. Our luggage was waiting in the lost and found and the maid had packed the toothbrush and tooth paste I left too! Kudos to all the staff at the Hulton Garden Inn at South Peak in Roanoke VA.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful mountain view. In proximity to dining opportunities. Enjoyed the patio area. We have stayed at this location several times. The level of efficiency and detail is consistently excellent. Karen particularly has always been inviting and helpful.

No dislikes.

I loved how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness. The location was also perfect because of where we were headed the next day.

I didn't understand why there was a season for the indoor pool. It's the end of April in Virginia, which is pool weather regardless, but the fact is it's an indoor pool...that wasn't open for "the season" and to open again at the end of May. There was nothing about the pool not being open during my reservation or I wouldn't have stayed here. I also did not have towels in my bathroom. So, after my shower at 6a, I didn't have towels to dry off. I called down to the office and housekeeping but no one answered. I let someone know after the fact, but it was very inconvenient.
