It was clean with easy access

Pool hours could be extended

Carpet was frayed at the bathroom door, drywall had water damage around the tub. Cleaning rag was left on table inside room.

The property was one block from our vet. We had an appointment for our pet at 07:30. Convenient

Train noise, 24 hour major street noise, people sitting around the pool talking loudly at 03:00 and prior to that right below our room. $50 for one pet for one night is expensive. If you look at 2 pets for 4 days for $50 it’s not a very equitable value. Plus you don’t find out the cost until you book the room. Dog hair, not our dog, and some nondescript particles in our bed. Thought we brushed them out and fell asleep. Didn’t see the extent until the morning. Staff chided us for not calling them at 10:30 at night. One of the management team told us they would consider some type of compensation but since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t. I have had compensation from other properties that I had booked through Booking
