Sam at the front desk was exceptional! He helped us with our non working key and found us a place to park personally. The building was a bit old but clean and remodeled on the inside. It was steps to the Boardwalk and beach and thats what we came to enjoy.
It was spring break so the parking was difficult. It was also cold so reverse AC with Heat would have been better. Florida can get cold by the water.

"Super close to Broadwalk and beach. Great restaurants on the Broadwalk. Efficiency room with lots of space for two people however the pullout couch will accommodate two more."
