Staff was very nice . Our air conditioning wasn’t working and they moved our room for us to be comfortable

The indoor pool was very warm it felt like a sauna in the area

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful!

We picked this hotel for the style of suite available. We were happy with the two bed/two bath setup. Would have loved a bunk bed room, there are no bunk room suites in Columbus that I could find. We were very happy with the location, this long stay hotel is perfectly located behind a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, and really delicious restaurants! We loved Jason’s Deli and Romeo’s Pizza.

I have never entered a dirtier hotel room outside of a budget/discount/motel. There was so much dust around the bed and headboard it appeared no one had stayed there in a while, and at the same time there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (food on the utensils and unused soap loaded in the tray) and pubic hair on the floor of the shower, making it seem like someone had just left. Clean dishes and a thoroughly rinsed shower floor really just feel like the bare minimum. The floors were dirty, with popcorn kernels, dead bugs, sauce stains, etc. The sides of appliances also had sauce and dust coating them. I have no problem with the old stains, wears and tears, but the rooms were all just dirty.
