LOCATION
having a fan directly to your bed. My wife realizes that the sofa triggers her allergies. No water bottles at the room; but this is a recurrent practice at several hotels.

Easy to find. Nice bar in lobby area.
The only downside was that when I requested to leave a day early, they could not return the charge to my card. They said I had to notify Booking.com myself. As of 4 days later, I have still not received a refund. I think the blame for the difficulties lie on both Hilton and Booking.com. They should have the latitude to make refunds without putting the onus on the customer.
