Okay, the beds themselves were quite comfortable. They're very nice. I like the blankets, and I like the pillows. That was all nice. The vibe of the hostel is also really nice. I enjoyed that.
Some of the staff and the housekeeping were all very friendly and very cooperative. I asked for an iron, and they gave it to me. I needed to check out a few minutes late, and they were very reassuring and said that it's all okay and not an issue. I really, really appreciate that. I didn't stay for super long, so I couldn't say too much.
What I didn't like was that the bathrooms were pretty cramped and small, and I didn't enjoy the showers too much, but that's fine if you're only going to stay here for a few days. You can definitely bear with it.

Wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful staff, like Danny, Brian, Eden, and more; very nice and clean place; easy to get around San Francisco, near bus stops of #19, #2, #49; and short walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, and Whole Food Market.

Location, good value, nice common spaces in the restaurant portion of the hotel.
The mattress in the pod was thin and the common area in the hostel was dark and small.
