Convenient and the price is so reasonable
All the construction but obviously that is not the owners fault

Flexible checkin times, clean
Not worth the $100/night, more like $70 due to location, old decour, old carpets, etc

Despite being close to the road it was very quiet. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
The room had two beds and one had a very small gap at the end to allow access to the bathroom. There was a slight lip into the bathroom which could have been a trip hazard. A cover along the wall at floor level had fallen off to reveal the pipes that were inside.
