It was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.
They changed all the items on the breakfast buffet so it would be cheaper. Was the biggest reason I stayed there every year. Next year I will be at the holiday inn express.

My husband really liked the breakfast buffet.
I liked the size of the room
I didn't know that I couldn't get my Best Western points by booking thru your booking company.
I thought I was on the Best Western web site and didn;t realize that it was a booking agency until I read my receipt -

The breakfast was good! But I had to warm it up in the microwave. The location was great!! Close to the Canfield Fair, and restuarants that we ate at>
there isn't anything else, besides I had to warm my breakfast up in the microwave.

The bed was excellent.
The bathroom floor was dirty so I wiped it down with a washcloth and showed the person at the front desk.
The elevator and hallways were also needing cleaning.
