Spacious room for 3 women and all their luggage

Beautiful hotel and great staff
No coffee machine in room and have to go to the lobby and buy a coffee - really more of a 4 star hotel than 5..dont like to be nickle and dimed.

Location is excellent. Close to subway. Walking distance to a number of sights.
Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. The city was turning the water off to the property and we were informed of it only shortly before. Communication was very poor.
Room cleanliness was average. It wasn’t serviced one day, and we struggled to get fresh towels.

"Personnel à l’écoute, au petit soin et soucieux de notre bien être . L’emplacement est incroyable. En plein centre de times square."
