Clean, friendly staff
The cooking for breakfast was lack luster.

Staff and bed were very good.
Breakfast was terrific.
There was an issue with the thermostat in one of the rooms family rented there was no heat option. On xuaomter service the staff person was great he offered to come up and he saw too something wrong with it. It did mean the room was a bit cooler but I still live Fairfield Marriotts for comfort, overall care and staff attention.

Location was good. Breakfast options were better than expected.
The room wasn't super clean (especially the shower). The towels were so small and very warn. I felt like the towels should be retired to rags used to dry a car, and maybe even thrown out.
The person who checked me in was very gracious (I'm a gold Marriott Bonvoy member), but she was not friendly to the guest in front of me, who was in a wheelchair. She didn't help him reach the pad to enter his credit card information. He struggled a bit and my heart hurt for him. The check in person didn't even smile at him.
