The setting on the river is very nice. The rooms are large and had a couch and a desk, as well as a sink outside of the bathroom. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms facing the river have balconies. The hotel is next to a restaurant that you can walk to, and centrally located for a variety of activities toward Moab or Hanksville, or in the San Rafael Swell. Breakfast was excellent. It was a combination of special order and self serve items. The omelets are made to order and are very good.
The shower head could not be adjusted. I would have liked it to point more downward. The rooms were not directly accessible to the front desk area / breakfast area, so you had to go outside for a short distance to get there. Not a problem when the weather is good, though.

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping was outstanding.
This hotel needs to have an elevator to the upper floor. The breakfast arraignments were okay, but the person taking the breakfast tickets and orders needs to have better people skills.

Nice breakfast. Good location. The pool looked good, although I didn't use it.
The hotel was terribly outdated and somewhat shabby. The stairs were dark, making it scary to get up and down. Hotel needs a big-time update. Staff okay, but nothing special. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn
