The location of the facilities was great, beach was great.
Room was not clean, rugs were dirty (we washed them), mold & mildew in many areas and on furniture,(It was bad enough that I took pictures to document), ice maker did not work, wall hangings were falling off the walls, windows were dirty, room smelled musty, lanai area was dirty.
