Avis et évaluations

The room was spacious with a great view. Room was clean, although you are responsible for toiletries after using up the ones provided.
They need a better system to enter parking garage. They use wrist bands to enter. The wristbands stop working after a few days. But they do have someone at the gate at all times to help if you can’t get in. The pools were nice, although cleanliness could be better. Lots of leaves in the pool. Be prepared to spend 10 minutes waiting on elevators.

The ease of entry. We were assigned a parking spot in the same floor as our room.
The staff was professional and friendly. The resort was large and beautiful. The amenities were nice. We enjoyed the music and the lights at the pool, It was also nice to be able to order food at the pool. We enjoyed a musician on one our nights at the pool. The breeze, music were very good.
The beach and water were beautiful but very crowded.
The room was nice but could have been updated. The balcony appeared to not been have cleaned.

I like the location and the view.
The staff is rude with exception of the housekeeping. Also the shut down the pool the whole day due to “pH of pool”. It’s upsetting because we paid for that experience to swing in the pool with view of the beach. Multiple guess were complaining and the staff as rude.
