The location was ideal and the staff was great!
The location was convenient for the purpose of our booking, but there were a few issues that prevented the stay from being fully enjoyable.
The accommodation is advertised as a studio with a kitchenette; however, there were no actual cooking facilities available apart from a microwave. There were no hot plates or even a toaster. In my opinion, a studio should provide basic cooking amenities, otherwise it is more comparable to a deluxe room.
Dishwasher soap was provided, but none was actually available during our stay.
The carpet in the studio could really use a deep cleaning, as there was quite a lot of hair on it that was clearly not mine.
The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. The TV took a very long time to load content, and my phone could barely stay connected unless I was standing near the kitchenette area.
