Location, comfy bed, quiet.

Carpet felt dirty, garbage cans hadn’t been emptied.

It was close to a restaurant we like to go to

Water pressure at the hotel was horrible and the knobs on the showers didn’t work

It was very clean and the staff was excellent.

It was just a little more run down than last year. The hooks on our bathroom door were missing and the bathroom fan did not work.

The location was convenient to family that we were visiting as well as nearby stores and restaurants.

Staff did not clean/replenish our room supplies when we were told they would at check in. We were told staff would replenish towels, change garbage, etc on the third night and they did not. We also put a tag on the outside of the door to get these things taken care of. The tag was removed, but no services were provided. We had to bring our own garbage and dirty towels downstairs and bring up the new supplies ourselves. The breakfast policy about not bringing breakfast food back to the room was not very family friendly. I understand why the policy was put into place but we had three little kids 3, 5, and 7 and eating down in the breakfast room with the other guest doesn’t always work. We usually like to bring their breakfast up to the room so that they can eat it at their own pace and not disturb other guests. Our room was not very clean as well. Halfway through the day we saw what was probably Food splatters on the wall from previous guest behind our couch. The fan in the bathroom also did not work. I am not sure if it was supposed to work or not.
