Very convenient to where we wanted to be. Staff very friendly
Pool area overlooks a mucky swamp. But that’s all

Staff was friendly.
The pool was closed. No one could tell us why. Also the bathtub has no anti slip surface which could cause a slip and fall.

Convenient location to Starkey
There wasn’t any black tea (Lipton) available.

We were unable to stay at this facility. We were told by Booking.com that the facility was pet-friendly. We were scammed. Booking. com was not honest with us. We had to seek refuge at Fairfield Inn.
Tell your agents to be on top of the game. We were so upset. We had been in the car for three days with our pets--pulled in to check in--and we were not allowed to stay because of the no-pets policy of Holiday Inn Express. UGH!

The cute little gal that runs the kitchen in the morning was soooo sweet and I've stayed there a few times.
