The location, breakfast and morning time checkout lady were really polite and accommodating will definitely be returning for them in specific plus the amenities were awesome
The front desk worker Hannah seemed stand offish like she wasn’t really happy to be there and the ac in room 418 was way louder then all the other rooms we stayed in there accompanied with the shower handle being faulty, we had to turn it beyond the hot side to get warm water definitely not a fan of room 418

Everything the food, amenities, and the overall Luxury far exceeds my expectations of a Carrollton hotel Jorge was amazing checking us in. We will be back very soon

Located right in town.
I was there 4 days, and 3 nights, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I didn’t put the sign on the door to “do not disturb “.
