Close to where we needed to be
The people that operate it are very nice
Very small and dated

Its family owned and they are the sweetest people. We come from Wisconsin and we love staying here. We have been coming here for years. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean, and they always take good care of me and my family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. My husband and I fish at Barkley Dam and the Kentucky Dam and its very close. Price is right.

Friendly and clean
Maybe better lighting or reflectors at the driveway for night time arrival
