Clean. Provided essentials. Clear directions. TV in every room.

It was spacious, everything was easy to find and the location was super convenient.
For some reason the water flow in the sink wasn’t heavy and the water didn’t get hot.

Close to Columbia Heights Metro, Target, Star Bucks, and other restaurants. Quiet row house neighborhood in a decent area. Host was quick to respond and was very friendly over the phone.
We arrived and the apartment wasn’t turned over and cleaned. Since it’s a refurbished basement there was a slight musty smell. The bed wasn’t comfortable. WiFi was weak and spotty streaming on the Roku TV was very hit or miss.
