The best thing about this was the location, very close to Sanford Hospital, Fargo. That was the primary reason we stayed there, the other was that it was a Wyndham Brand.
The bathroom did not seem to be as clean as it should be. There was dust/mould buildup in some corners and on the tile, and the room was not cleaned during the stay. Understand changing the sheets and towels every three days, but the garbage should have been collected and the beds made. The water temperature selector was very loose, as was the toilet seat.

good choices for the breakfast
when we checked in we were given a dirty room the bed wasn't made and there was dirty towels on the bathroom floor,
the next room had a very loose toilet seat it felt like you were going to fall off the toilet.

Close to appt. Fast check in. Courteous. Helpful.
Thought that $25 per night for a small dog (7 lbs) was excessive. We take her out at least 3 times per night.

The breakfast included eggs, mini corn dogs (odd and dried up and overheated), pancakes, bakery items, yogurt, cereal, and apples. The location was great - walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and close to the highway. Check-in and out was easy, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. Pool was nice.
The room had a bad smell, we couldn't quite figure it out. There was little to no lighting in the room itself, and one of the mattresses had a visible stain on the side of it. The hot tub was hot, but the jets weren't working.
