Location, breakfast.
TV was outdated. Need them to be App accessible and mirror capable...especially if you don't want kids running around the hotel.
Water pressure of shower needs improved.

Great staff and breakfast.
Dingy, old room furniture. Old, scruffy towels. Bug in the bed. Dirty, dingy carpeting in room. All these together make the stay unsatisfactory. I expect better quality from any name associated with the name Hilton.
