A little dated feeling.

Great location for shopping on Main Street. Hard to rate staff as I never saw anyone. Smooth checkin by electronic key code.

A bit like stepping back into a time capsule. Clean but very dated.

We booked the last room available, and it was located farthest away from the 395 highway, so that cut down on alot of the road noise. We had our own assigned parking space, and it was right next to our door so unloading/loading gear was super easy. The room had a decent sized mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I don't mind dated, especially for a roadside motel along as it is clean which this was. It was roomy enough for two. Check in was done remotely, and they email you your door code which is convenient. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well.

The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was wedged in between the wall and the tub so if you have mobility issues that might be a challenge for some. The sink was small and there wasn't a lot of counter space to put your toiletries but for one night it was doable. The bed was very firm, and definitely sunk towards the bathroom side (which probably gets the most use) so I was rolling towards the hubbie most of the night so it could use replacement in my opinion. There was another small room that had a twin sized bed in it, and it did have a door so you could have privacy at least. Since it is an older hotel, the walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbor start their day, their TV and conversations early in the AM. They are doing construction on the 395 highway, so at 0400 we woke up to very loud and repeated booms that went on for over an hour. I know that is not the hotels fault since they are not in control of CalTrans. There isn't any staff onsite at the motel, if you have any issues you must call a phone number to get assistance if something needs fixing etc.
