Very nice hotel overall and great for the price.

The pool closes at 9 which is earlier than usual at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Wish it closed 10 bc my son didn’t get to go in it we came back at 9:20 thinking he had time. It does look pretty cool. So that’s just me being picky. Other than that great.

Location and everything is close by

The over all location is central to many things in San Angelo. liked the ease to make a reservation, The breakfast buffet choices and food freshness. I liked the accessible bathroom. I liked that all the electrical outlets worked. The buffet staff member and the maids were friendly and personable.

The HVAC in my room wasn't working. The bed was worn out. When I laid in it I rolled to the middle. There was no support in the mattress. The sound from the TV was very bad. Even turned all the way up my wife could barely hear it with her hearing aids and without them she could not hear it at all. In contrast, the TV in the next room was louder through the walls than the one in our room. Each time I tried to interact with the staff the were busy either on their phone or tablet and I had to get their attention. The staff member working the desk in the morning didn't know how to print a receipt.
