Location, size, cleanliness and communication regarding the facilities available to you!
We had a slight allergic reaction to feline that was potentially inside the unit. The place was very clean and picked up, so understandably some hair from an animal could get left behind from someone else’s prior stay. Really wasn’t too big of an issue, but worth noting.

Clean unit, well appointed, and felt like home away from home. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and the gym had everything you could want. .
Without air conditioning, the place got very hot and took a while to cool off in the evenings.
