The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Modern and tasteful decor and furniture. Loved having the option to do laundry. Loved the balcony to sit on at night and then transition inside to sit in front of the fireplace.
The HVAC system (wall unit cassette) was quite loud at times affecting the ability to fully relax in the evenings.

Very relaxing. The young lady with blonde curly hair made our experience more memorable. She made feel like we were vip’s. She always greeted us no matter what the other staff beside the gentleman in the morning the other staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us. The valet guys were top tier amazing.
The unfriendly staff

The Facility
Every single Room has this weird noise that won't let you sleep. For the whole stay both my parents and I had bleeding nose because the A/C was EXTREMELY COLD and even though we went to the front desk every single day nothing happened. Also there was this terrible smell in the facility and in our suite.
