Check in was quick and the free shuttle to ORD upon departure was a bonus. The man running the check in desk when we arrived was very efficient working all alone with multiple people checking in. The room we had was very spacious and there were enough dining options within walking distance to suit a short stay.
The breakfast area was a bit messy and short supplied when we went down. They may have just gone through the rush period and the staff were working to restock but they didn't appear to be too concerned about the state of things. I'd suggest to go early or late to avoid peak times.

Walk-in shower in bathroom and friendly kitchen-like atmoshere in breakfast food area.
No, pedestrian crossing to the restaurants across Mannheim Rd so we had to pay $5 for an UBER to cross the street to eat there. Maybe there could be an option for a shuttle drop-off when required.

The way it looks. Breakfast was good. The gravy was very delicious.
My bedroom 505 was at 75* Fahrenheit when I called last night about 10:20pm. I waited long time for the front desk to pic up the phone and I was told the maintenance person was coming to my room. Nobody ever came and had to sleep under a very hot room. I took pics of the temperature if you wanted to see. Also, I was told that the pool was heated and was super cold and dirty with bunch of hairballs inside. The bartender was nice but that drink he gave me had barely alcohol and it was pretty much pinneaple juice.
