Inn At Mount Shasta

The staff was wonderful and knows the area well. Recommended us great areas to see and visit.

Brendan and the lovely lady at the front desk were very friendly, expeditious and helpful. Above and beyond service (inc. mailing me a jacket I'd left behind.)

The staff (during two different stays) were all very friendly and helpful.

Everything was satisfactory, but nothing was memorable. No breakfast was provided. There is ample closet and drawer space and a spacious bathroom counter. The parking seemed adequate. The in-room air conditioning made strange noises (in two different rooms where we stayed). I would have liked an in-room safe. The entry door is electronic. There's no "key". A 4-digit combination must be entered; that combination is delivered in a text message. Be careful with the door - there is a "lock" pushbutton and an "unlock" pushbutton which is electrically actuated (with no confirming noise). In our room, if the "lock" pushbutton was not pressed before exiting the room the door was not locked and could be opened from the outside.
