Beautiful building and room was nice clean and good looking, the rooftop bar had good drinks beautiful views and good food.

There was some spots in the room with stained carpet/ chipped wood trim and spots on wall, for over $1,000 per night I expect perfection.

Nice room, good location, with a view over the river. Personal, they learn your name or at least they did mine. Cleaner knew my name, and bell stand staff too, a nice touch.

Initially got in the room and went to collect luggage from hotel bell stand. Got back to room door and the battery died on the lock, a bit of a pain going back to lobby. Get back in the room, and the wardrobe was full of balloons from the previous guest. In the bathroom the first towel I pick up is stained with nail varnish. The luggage stand in room was dusty too. In all other aspects the room was nice. To be fair, the hotel do text you how things are going, and I told them this and they gave me a credit. On check-out that credit was missing, but the hotel reception applied it when I was checking out. I had already stayed at the hotel before and it was perfect so I am assuming just a blip.

You can’t beat the city location or views from our northeast corner suite.

The room design had the air conditioning blower straight in your face while in bed. That made sleeping very uncomfortable and there is no fan speed control. Also the bed focused on the tv not the views, not the best design layout. The street noise was obvious even on the 9th floor but it dies down overnight.
