Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. Love the fact that there were extra pillows on the bed because we sleep with body pillows at home. Absolutely love the Starbucks coffee...and the complimentary breakfast was yummy.

This location has declined under new ownership. I have stayed here 3-4 times a year for at least 5 years. The woman at the front desk read my room number out loud in a full lobby. This is as basic as it gets when training staff. The rooms are not getting the attention they need -- cracks in the walls, stains in the carpeting, dirty and dusty HVAC units. The breakfast has declined -- items are either overcooked, cold, or both. The bathtub fixture was broken -- water would shut off at both 12 and 6. Just keep spinning to find the sweet spot between cold and scalding water. Meanwhile the rates have steadily increased.
