I love the location and all the amenities.
Cleanliness. I found some red pills scattered on the floor that shows me they no one vacuumed. Fortunately my dogs didn’t get them. Who knows what the red pills were.

Check-in was great, and rep at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful
When I placed the booking, I specifically requested top floor and AWAY from the stairs and elevators. We were on the 3rd floor and had an absolute elephant stomping on our ceiling all night. It was horrible. I got NO sleep. To top it off, our room was directly beside the stairway!!! Not impressed with the fact that our preferences received no acknowledgement.

The location was great. Lots of food places within walking distance. The room was also very spacious and accommodating.
The staff wasn't super friendly or welcoming in greetings and interaction. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything around and above. We had to contact the front desk several times because the people above us kept running and stomping, even after midnight. The room door looked like it had been pried open before and we always had to pull it to make sure it actually locked when it was closed. The price for a single night was steep and the mattresses were lumpy and worn.
