Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Downtown/Bayside, CA

It was generally very aesthetically pleasing and very central to downtown San Diego attractions.

There were ants in the room upon arrival but we already payed for the room and no where else to stay

Walking distance to Little Italy which has a lot of restaurants

We purchased breakfast , which wasn’t the best and finished at 9am on weekends. We were not advised on check in and for International travellers with jet lag we missed it. I paid for 2 people for 3 days and only used it once.

Yorumlara baktığımızda çok olumlu şey göremedik ama San Diego merkezde diye tercih ettik, gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik, kahvaltı dahil değil diyor ama otelin yanındaki restoranda geçerli voucher verdiler ve yediğimiz içtiğimiz her şeyi karşıladı, oda çok temizdi, kahve makinasında yaptığım kahve lezzetli idi, yakın olduğu çok yer vardı ki Little Italy’de idi zaten, sadece bir iki yere uzaktı, tren yolunun üstündeydi ama ses neredeyse gelmedi diyebiliriz yatak konforluydu yastıklar yumuşacıktı, birçok ülkede farklı otellerde konakladık bu ilk sıralara yerleşebilir o kadar iyiydi

Otopark büyük sorun ama etrafta hem çok public parking var hem de cadde üzerinde park seçeneği var

Good location.

Horrible check-in experience. Check-in time was 4 PM, we arrived at 4:30 PM and we were told that our rooms are not ready. I stay in hotels very often and it is the first time someone told me my room is not ready after checkin time. We asked to talk to a manager which never happened. They kindly ignored our compensation request and speaking with manager request. Finally, instead of charging my credit card for possible incidentals, they charged my card for the entire stay even though it was pre-paid already. They realized and said they will release the charge. I am following to make sure that they refund my money.
