The shower was amazing and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! I'm terrible with names but I believe he's the manager, works morning/day, he was wonderful and the other front desk workers were very kind.
No coffee maker in the room....

The hotel was clean and quiet
We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was accessible, but it did not have a microwave nor a refrigerator. This was particularly upsetting to me because it was for my aging sick mother who could not leave her room. We left her plenty of food but the food needed to be refrigerated and then cooked. We did not realize her room did not have a refrigerator or microwave until we got back from our activities. She went hungry all day and the food we bought for her was spoiled.
