Breakfast was nice. Check in and out was fast.
The carpets in the hallway were filthy - very stained. That was the only issue on cleanliness. The pool was closed :( - just disappointing.

Room was clean & stylish. Shower was amazing! Plenty of towels! Staff was extremely friendly & professional - offering a good morning, good evening - while making eye contact! One of the cleaning ladies even asked if her cleaning cart was in our way as we were passing through the hallway. Bonus - we got to check in early!
The pool & spa were not open.

The rooms were comfortable. The hot tub was so nice after the long drive to Indiana. Breakfast both days was excellent and there was a nice selection to choose from. All of the staff was welcoming and friendly, especially Gabbie at the front desk. After only one day, it felt like she was a family friend. Crystal, who cleaned our room, was also so sweet.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. My only suggestion is to have granola available with breakfast to mix with the yogurt cups.

Clean hotel with a great location.
I did not like paying up front to be charged again at the hotel, and then told to pay a third time before I left.
